It is the final dungeon(#9) and when Link visits it, however, it is in shambles. Bulblins occupy the courtyard, the cemetery is haunted, and sections of the interior are damaged. The mini-boss is King Bulblin, who had been fought several times in the game. Due to the structural damage, Link must use items such as the Spinner and the Double Clawshots to navigate gaps in the floor. In the throne room, Ganondorf takes control of Zelda's body, and Link must fight her. Ganondorf then transforms into Dark Beast Ganon. Once he is defeated, Midna attempts to destroy him using the Fused Shadows. At the end of the game, it is shown that Hyrule Castle has been restored.
